Art Glass is now Arizona’s oldest Stained Glass Studio. Founded by Bill Perrin, Dave’s father back in 1977. Many churches, homes in the Biltmore area, and iconic places such as The Pointe Resorts, and Castles N’ Coasters, still proudly display Art Glass’ work. Bill had a signature in his glasswork that his close friends and family can recognize to this day; his soldering technique was unmatched by his competition. His former glass team was Carol Perrin, who hand drew and engineered many of the designs for Bill. Dave assisted in the shop, and was intregal in the framing and installation processes, as well as the cabinetry.
Now having retired, Bill has handed down his technique and the family business to his son. Dave is happy to work with you to add something timeless to your home, stained glass.
We specialize in lead and copper foil techniques. From front entry side lights and transom, to windows (and repair), or decorative cabinet door panels, we can add some creative and unique details to your home, church or business. Dave plans to continue to work with Bill as his mentor, and his wife Meara as his assistant designer.
Also coming in 2017, Dave plans to teach stain glass art in the mountains to those who would like to learn the art of stain glass in the fresh mountain air 1.5 hours from Phoenix.
